R.A.J Group patronizes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives started by its own people. Going one step further to its value system of ethical corporate practices, it encourages and supports talanted people to take up community service activities.
Started in September 2014, DISHA is an unregistered group, comprising of people from across the R.A.J Group and it’s stakeholders. Every month, the members contribute 3 hours, by helping aspirates in Educational establishments to select right career path through training, counseling, preparing CV and systematic career assessments.
The team targets schools and colleges with the focus being on selecting those which are not otherwise funded for such activities. The team first visits the selected institution, understands their needs and tries to provide services based on their needs. The team also register the interested experts from outside our organization to support the cause. All are welcomed to contribute for such noble cause by emailing us with your details.
Additionally, R.A.J Group has identified an internal knowledge bank in the area of Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism and Soft Skills. We take responsibility of providing FREE coaching within our own centres. Students can contact us directly to enroll into the FREE coaching services for courses like IATA/UFTAA Foundation Level – 1, English @ Work, Personality Development, Interview skills, IELTS / TOEFL, Busess Management & Accounts.
The concept has been a huge success with new members joining every month.
