Social Responsibilities

R.A.J Group patronizes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives started by its own people. Going one step further to its value system of ethical corporate practices, it encourages and supports talanted people to take up community service activities.

Started in September 2014, DISHA is an unregistered group, comprising of people from across the R.A.J Group and it's stakeholders. Every month, the members contribute 3 hours, by helping aspirates in Educational establishments to select right career path through training, counseling, preparing CV and systematic career assessments.

The team targets schools and colleges with the focus being on selecting those which are not otherwise funded for such activities. The team first visits the selected institution, understands their needs and tries to provide services based on their needs. The team also register the interested experts from outside our organization to support the cause. All are welcomed to contribute for such noble cause by emailing us with your details.

Additionally, R.A.J Group has identified an internal knowledge bank in the area of Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism and Soft Skills. We take responsibility of providing FREE coaching within our own centres. Students can contact us directly to enroll into the FREE coaching services for courses like IATA/UFTAA Foundation Level - 1, English @ Work, Personality Development, Interview skills, IELTS / TOEFL, Busess Management & Accounts.
The concept has been a huge success with new members joining every month.

Note: Our CSR activities are limited to Ahmedabad,INDIA for now.
About 2 million graduates and half a million post-graduates are unemployed in India and the numbers are increasing every year. We discovered during our secondary research that the most important reasons for unemployment among Indian literate youth are nonavailability of suitable jobs, shortage of jobs and family responsibilities. But along with the moral and economical reasons the Indian youth have a bigger challenge of GLOBAL COMPETENCY in their Presentation, Communication and Employment Skills.
Some 134 million literate youth in India are employed in some job or other; 58% of them are satisfied with their job profile while 38% are dissatisfied. Major reasons for such dissatisfaction is the selection of wrong profession due to various reasons.
At DISHA we try to provide free solutions to such strained situation by:
- Providing Career Guidance to individuals; at a right time
- Preparing on basic employable Skills; required on Global platform in any profession
- Educating in non trendy but employable professional courses
- Aiding in main stream education; with focus on practical deployment of education

“Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls;
Where words come out from the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action…”
